How to use natural oils on hair?

You can use natural oils in many different ways: you can add a little oil in your spray bottle, in your hair care and make hot oil treatments. However, if you want to stimulate your hair growth, the best way to use them is to massage your scalp two to three times a week with any of the natural oils I mentioned in the article. By massaging your scalp for three to five minutes, you will promote the blood circulation of your scalp. Make sure to do this on a regular basis, and you will notice real results.

To enjoy the benefits of natural oils to the fullest, it’s important to use 100% natural oils. You can find them in organic stores, in Afro cosmetics stores, or online.
